Tammy Clark brings 41 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. She holds a degree in Early Childhood Education and has built her career around creating safe, loving, and enriching environments where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
For the past 37 years, Ms. Tammy has been a valued part of the Polly Panda family. She began her journey as a classroom teacher, where she developed a deep understanding of children’s needs and the importance of strong early foundations. Her passion, leadership, and commitment to quality education led her to become Director, a role she has proudly held for 27 years. Throughout her years as director, Ms. Tammy has remained dedicated to supporting children, families, and staff while fostering a culture of compassion, learning, and dedication. Her experience and heartfelt commitment to early childhood education have made a lasting impact on generations of children and the Polly Panda community. |
Tareca McGrath brings over 31 years of experience in early childhood education and is passionate about helping young children learn, grow, and thrive. She earned her Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential in 2007 and has dedicated her career to working with children of all ages, with a special love for infants and toddlers.
Tareca spent nearly 20 years at Polly Panda Preschool before taking a short break to explore a new career path. It didn’t take long for her to realize that caring for and teaching young children was where her heart truly belonged. She returned to Polly Panda over three years ago and began working in the youngest infant classroom. About a year and a half ago, she transitioned into the role of Polly Panda’s cook, where she enjoyed supporting the children by preparing nutritious meals. Today, Tareca is excited to serve as the Assistant Director and Infant Coordinator at Polly Panda Preschool. She looks forward to supporting families, mentoring staff, and helping provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can flourish. |
