Heather has 29 years of experience working in the field of early childhood. She has her CDA and has taken classes in education and health. Ms. Heather has been part of our team for the past 23 years! Ms. Heather has worn many hats while working at the Panda. Her first position was an afternoon float. We soon recognized what a true asset she was to our school and once a full time position became open in the toddler area she jumped at the chance to join the toddler staff. Ms. Heather has also worked in our infant area, where she was the infant coordinator for many years. She worked in our preschool area, before moving to her current position is in the Daisy classroom, which is one of our pre-k rooms at Bridgford. She is also one of our openers and is always ready with a cheery smile and good morning for those children who arrive before 7:30 a.m. When asked what she enjoys most about working with young children, Ms Heather shared that she finds it fascinating to watch them interact with their surroundings and the people around them. The children seem to have an interest and excitement for everything they see. Ms. Heather is committed to the success of each child in her class. She takes the time to ensure her class is having fun while learning and enjoys putting a big focus on STEM as part of her curriculum. In her free time Ms. Heather enjoys quiet time with music and a book. She also enjoys traveling with her husband. Please join us in thanking Ms. Heather for her many years of dedication to the field of early childhood and to our school. |
