Employee of the Month
Our employee of the month is Kaylen Bandy!
Kaylen has been with Polly Panda for 2.5 years. She is currently completing her Child Development Associate degree. She love watching the wheels turn in the children's minds and enjoys using her experience and strategies to help them grow and develop. Kaylen shared a funny story about a sweet little girl who tells her each day they are on the playground with another class, “There are too many boys out here”! When she's not caring for our little Pandas Kaylen enjoys going to concerts and doing crafts. Kaylen is amazing! She is extremely calm, patience and has a true understanding of child development. She truly enjoys 2 year olds! She laughs with them, plays with them, works with them as they challenge the boundaries (remember they are 2!) and gives them such gentle care. Kaylen loves to lesson plan for them and the messier the activity the better! We are so proud of her as she is finishing her CDA and have enjoyed watching her grow as a teacher throughout the educational process. We are happy she is such a dedicated early childhood professional and part of our team! |
