Polly Panda Preschool was born in 1984 out of my desire to  offer the  Indianapolis community a new and better choice for early childhood  education that  fit within the schedule of working families.  As a  teacher and the mother of  three, I discovered there were often two pathways for  parents to take with  their preschool children.  The  first choice was for child care that was often  lacking in an  educational component and the other was preschool that was  often  lacking in a child care component.  My desire was to build a  program  combining both of those pathways, thus, Polly Panda began!
 
When Polly Panda Preschool combined excellent preschool programming within  the full-day scheduling needs of working parents, the center began its  almost twenty-five year history, including building a second state-of-the art  center in Noblesville. 
 
Polly Panda believes every child needs to feel respected and safe in his or  her early childhood setting.  In addition, every child needs to learn how  to socialize, solve problems, and make discoveries as he or she builds upon his  or her skills of readiness for future years.
 
 We are a family-centered and family-owned early childhood center.  Since our beginning, there has been no change in ownership and no change in  standards. We believe in excellence as we continue to serve our children  and families with much joy and great pride.
